The documentation for the newer Base3 can be found on the Base3 documentation page.
The original SiteMonitor Base Unit and the SiteMonitor Base Unit II have been obsoleted by the SiteMonitor Base 3.
We (as of Mid-2021) continue to sell the older SiteMonitor Base II units to ensure continued support of our customers who are not ready to switch to the Base3.
We do, however, recommend that new deployments use the SiteMonitor Base3 as no additional development will occur on the Base II product. We encourage customers who are buying replacements for existing deployments to strongly consider upgrading the controller in these deployments to a Base3.
This page is intended as an archive of product information for these earlier products.
We have consolidated most of the documentation for the original SiteMonitor products into the following .pdf document.
It should be the starting point for anyone who needs information about these older products.
There are two tools which are used with these products. We have provided the latest version of each for download below.
Please consult the manual to determine if these tools are needed in your circumstance.
We recommend that all customers upgrade to the latest firmware available for their Base Units.
The following two files are the latest available for each of the Base Units. Please review the release notes for each version prior to upgrading.
The .zip file below includes firmware for most of the expansion modules supported by the Original Base Unit and the Base Unit II. It also contains a .pdf which provides information about the applicability of each firmware file in the archive.
We recommend that customers upgrade their firmware in all expansion modules to the latest available for each module.
Note: The version shown is the version of the archive itself. The firmware files within the archive will typically be earlier versions.
